Contact form

What data: your name, email address, company name (optional), message, the fact that you gave consent and the site language. The form provider also records the submission time and IP address for spam protection.

Purpose: replying to your inquiry and any follow-up correspondence about it.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); where the inquiry concerns a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); and for spam and abuse protection, our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processor: submissions are stored in Microsoft Azure, in the Sweden Central region. Notifications are sent to our mailbox through Gmail (Google). Access to stored submissions is restricted to the administrator.

Retention: until your inquiry has been handled, and no longer than 12 months after the message was sent.

Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw consent at any time by replying to our message or sending a request via the same form. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You also have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
